Vinter Forged – Terms, Policies & Liability
Orders
All products and services are offered subject to availability. Custom manufacturing and made-to-order items are produced based on the specifications provided by the customer.
Payment
Payment is required before production begins for all custom manufacturing and 3D printing services. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received and confirmed.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of many products and services offered by Vinter Forged, all sales are final once production has begun. Refunds are not offered for custom manufactured parts or made-to-order products.
Shipping
Orders are shipped after production and processing are completed. Shipping times may vary depending on order size, production schedule, and destination.
Custom Manufacturing
Vinter Forged produces parts using additive manufacturing technologies and advanced materials. Customers are responsible for ensuring their designs and requested parts are appropriate for their intended use.
Product Use & Liability
Products sold by Vinter Forged are provided as manufactured items and components. The customer assumes full responsibility for the installation, application, and use of all products. Vinter Forged is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from improper use or modification.
Intellectual Property
Customers must have the legal right to reproduce or manufacture any design files they provide. Vinter Forged will not knowingly produce items that infringe on intellectual property rights. NDA are welcomed!
